Dr.MaxHealth builds clinical intelligence that helps outpatient teams understand how a patient is changing over time.

Founding thesis

Outpatient teams follow patients over years, but their data is spread across laboratory results, encounters, medications, and notes. The change that matters can be difficult to see in one appointment. Dr.MaxHealth is building MIA to make the available longitudinal context reviewable by a physician.

One trajectory per patient
The available longitudinal record, reconstructed into a single ordered clinical trajectory instead of a stack of documents.
PULSE prediction engine
Recurring biomarkers projected forward with quantified uncertainty, measured against the patient's own history.
Reasoning that can be checked
Findings that carry the observations they came from and the medical evidence used to support them.
Built around the review
Output shaped for a physician with limited time and full clinical responsibility.

Clinical and research progress

MIA, including its PULSE prediction engine, is being developed and evaluated on retrospective longitudinal records with physician-led case review, alongside controlled comparisons against defined baselines. Evaluation methodology is published on the Science page; results are added as they complete.
